Bickelhaupt Arboretum Photo Contest Winter Contest Results Judge Carolyn Phillips has juried the entries in the Winter Bickelhaupt Arboretum Photo Contest. Judge Phillips focused her choices "mostly on fit for the category and 'winter' theme, composition, and technical achievement."
