Cub Scouts at .......

The Cub Scout Pack 39 recently visited the Bickelhaupt Arboretum. During their visit they worked with volunteer Bill Rathje and arboretum employee David Horst to earn their Forester Badge. The scouts learned about various trees native to the area. The teamwork they demonstrated while working on mulch spreading was also a valuable and worthwhile experience. Scout leaders Sarah Hood, Linda Chapman, and Sheryl Kennedy accompanied the scouts on this educational experience.
