Volunteers L to R: Dick Johnson, Joyce Ollie, Ralph Stanford, and Art Ollie. Volunteers measure conifers to record the growth rate for use in charting the collection. All measurements are recorded for later addition to the computer data base. This is a very important, on-going volunteer job that provides information for the arboretum staff to be able to determine maintenance of the collection. Back to photos page.
